When the rulers of the United Arab Emirates united with each other, they followed an effective policy in order to build a great country, civilization and culture. Their aim was to build up a human who is able to create miracles and do what is good for himself and his country. So, they took care of the people and look after them and tried to satisfy their needs to provide good living standards. They looked after all the people, especially, the disabled and handicapped. That was to let them feel that they are basic elements in the society and country and they are not isolated.
The country provided them with the services in all the fields to give them the opportunities to prove that the handicapped can challenge the physical problems and does what is good for the country. The handicapped should know that the country is need of him or her.
